This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of our frames for a period of 3 year from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
Scratches on lenses (prescription or non-prescription)
Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
Normal wear and tear
Damage to lenses due to incorrect prescriptions (we recommend consulting your eye doctor for lens suitability)
Lost or stolen glasses
Making a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period at email. You will be required to provide a copy of your original receipt and photos of the damaged glasses.
Our Responsibility:
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective frame. We reserve the right to use replacement parts of comparable quality.
Shipping Costs:
We will cover the shipping costs for replacements sent to you due to a warranty claim. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the defective glasses to us.
