- You can return or exchange your unworn, undamaged glasses within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Conditions for Return & Refund:
- Glasses must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
- Glasses must be unworn and free of any scratches, damage, or alterations.
- We do not accept returns on prescription lenses.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased during a sale or marked as “final sale.”
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned glasses and verify they meet the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your glasses for a different size or style, please follow the return instructions above. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship your new glasses to you free of charge.
